We no longer have any trained service technicians or installers available to continue offering the standard of service we have provided over the last 43 years. Both of our previous installers have moved on to bigger and better things. They will try to help out existing customers where they can. But both Johnny and Josh have full schedules and minimal extra time with their jobs.

Most remote start systems that we installed included a limited lifetime warranty on the parts from the manufacturer. If you have the owner's manual or know the brand of the system you have installed, you can reference who to contact for service. Keep in mind that there is no longer any promised or implied installation or labor warranty on anything previously installed by RPM Speed & Custom. The warranty coverage for labor ended on 11/8/2021 when that business side ceased to exist.  

We will continue to help our customers find resolutions and fixes to their product problems. But we are unable to guarantee any labor or installations. Feel free to reach out to us to see your options to resolve any issues. Please keep in mind that Vic or any other current employee cannot work on your vehicle. 

Directed Electronics (DEI) manufactures most of the remote start systems we have installed over the years. Mainly the Viper, Clifford, Avital, or Automate brand names. Any Directed Electronics dealer can service and potentially warranty any part of your installed system. Remember that they were not the original installer and will charge labor for this service work. Directed's dealer locater indicates "Preferred Dealers" in their network that will work on other shop's installations for a nominal fee.

VOXX Electronics manufactures a good amount of the remote start systems we installed in the more recent years. Any VOXX Electronics dealer can service and potentially warranty any part of your installed system. Remember that they were not the original installer and will charge labor for this service work.

All VOXX style systems sold were using the Flashlogics FLRSBA remote starter. The system itself is a remote start brain/device with vehicle-specific wiring. (plug and play harnesses) The remote control key fob transmitters from various brands (Prestige, Pursuit, Compustar, IdataLink, etc.) could be programmed to control this system. This system can be found in use by other manufacturers as well. Such as Compustar and Idatalink.
